Abstract

The low motivation of students and there was no physical education teacher innovation to package a more interesting learning process. This study aimed to develop a model of achievement motivation training based on traditional boseka games for elementary school students. This research method used research and development methods from Borg and Gall 1983 which have been modified by researchers namely: (1) Requirement analysis of 25 students for observation; (2) Manufacture of initial products; (3) Overview of experts 3 persons; (4) Product revision; (5) Small group trials 10 students; (6) Product revision; (7) Large group trials 14 students; and (8) The final product. Based on the results of the study obtained data from expert evaluations with an average percentage of 85.70% (feasible), from the results of small-scale trials obtained an average percentage of 79.3% (feasible) and for large-scale trial results obtained by an average of an average of 89.3% (feasible). Thus it was concluded that the development of achievement motivation training model based on the traditional game boseka was appropriate to be used for students in high school elementary

Abstract

Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) of children with intellectual disabilities (ID) had a disruption experience and ID need help from others to develop their potential for movement maximally. The purpose of research and development of FMS through play activities in children with ID was expected to help improve FMS, cognitive abilities, pleasure and focus of attention of children with ID, so that children with ID had valuable experience in their lives, to be able to independently live their daily lives. The research method used was by research and development proposed by Borg and Gall. The subjects of small group trial used 9 children with ID and 4 teachers, and the stages of large group trial used 21 children with ID and 4 teachers in Primary School. The research instrument used rating scale. The data analysis technique was by using Content Validity Ratio (CVR) analysis to prove the validity level of the model of developing FMS through play activities, and used the difference test to prove the effectiveness of increasing the FMS results of children with ID in primary school. The results of the validity test model were high (CVR 0.475), so the mother was a hero game model fit the characteristics of children with ID and effective to increase FMS, cognitive, pleasure and focus of attention.

The problem that occurs is the calendar of the competition that is not on time. The purpose of the study was to find out how to increase power endurance of leg muscle after being given an aerobic circuit training program. The research method was use The One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design by giving treatment to ten FPOK UPI Sports Science first-level students. The result show that circuit training aerobic has a significant impact on increasing power endurance of leg muscle, the pre-test received an average of 39.00 then after being given treatment with circuit training aerobic, the average post-test results were 54.20. Hypothesis test results show a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, then H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that there is an effect of aerobic circuit training on increasing the power endurance ability of the leg muscles.

Abstract

Fighting games are regional games from Indonesia that we can now meet and play with children. This game is a team game consisting of two teams, each team consists of 5-7 people. The core of the game is to confront the opponent so that he can't get past the line with the rules that have been determined. To win a player must collect points by passing the guards from the row to the last row, and vice versa. This study aims to determine the results of the development of the method of plyometric training (Scissor Jump, Stride Jump Crossover, Lateral Bound) and for playing games. Plyometric is a method of training that focuses on movement at high speed. The method used in this study is research-based development (R & D), aimed at developing plyometric training products. The research sample is the fifth grade students of SD North 98 North Bengkulu, amounting to 28 people. In the initial observation researchers have obtained data in the form of pre-tests and the results of interviews from both teachers and students. Based on the results of the study using the plyometric method shows that the basic physical condition of the fifth grade students of North Bengkulu Elementary School 98 in the good category. This is evidenced by the results of cognitive and psychomotor tests that have been conducted on small group trials with the acquisition of a percentage of 20% (2 people) with very good categories, 50% percentage (5 people) with good categories, 10% percentage (1 person) with enough categories and a percentage of 20% (2 people) with less categories. Whereas in large group trials there was a percentage of 21% (6 people) with a very good category, a percentage of 43% (12 people) with a good category, a percentage of 25% (7 people) with enough categories, and a percentage of 11% (3 people) with less category. Thus, it can be concluded that the plyometric method is feasible to be used for fifth grade students of North Bengkulu Elementary School 98. Suggestions to teachers assess that the use of the plyometric method is an alternative in the learning process, especially traditional games.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve the results of basketball chest pass learning which had a low success rate. Based on the above problems, it was necessary to make improvements in the lecture process, so that the learning outcomes target reached the KKM score. The success of lecturing was when the KKM value set by the study program achieved. The type of research was classroom action research with research subject students who took part in basketball lectures and lecturers who taught basketball courses. The population in this study was the Physical Education Study Program at FKIP University of Dehasen Bengkulu, the sample was the Physical Education Study Program for Semester V Class A1. Chest pass was given at the beginning of the lecture, but students still had difficulties in demonstrating chest passes. Thus this matter was considered important to improve the learning outcomes. This research was conducted on the basis of the level of success of students in basketball lectures was still low when without variations in drill exercise. In this study there was 1 colleague as an observer who was in charge of providing assessment and all findings from observers were discussed together to find out how to solve problems in the process of improving the results of basketball chest pass learning. The results of this study indicated that through the application of variations in drill exercise there was an increase in the results of physical education students' FK basketball chest pass at the University of Bengkulu FKIP. Based on this conclusion, the application of variations in drill exercise was recommended as an additional teaching concept in Basketball lecture.
